New stationery, corporate brochure and web presence will allow the brand to be communicated both internally and externally, with the crisp clean lines and bold photography showing how the business is repositioning itself for future growth.
Tom Townsley, Managing Director, commented; “The business has come a long way in the past few years and we have to be very focused in where we want to take it in order to fulfil our plans for growth. The new brand allows us to very clearly position ourselves as an integrated engineering business that specialises in producing performance critical parts. The name itself tells all our customers and suppliers that integrity is instilled into everything that we do.
We are delighted with integriti and we look forward to introducing the brand to our suppliers and to customers who need parts that simply can’t fail.”
The new integriti image is being rolled out across the whole Company with a tailored programme of staff training and personal development for all employees, that is central to this initiative. [back to top]The Mazak SL50 and SL60 allows integriti to work on product within an envelope of 900mm diameter, with a length of 3 meters and on weights up to 3 tonnes.
The fifteen station turrets reduce set-up times by providing the capacity to allow a significant number of tools to be permanently set. This, in conjunction with the turret’s fast indexing speed and the equipment’s easy programming functions, minimises the non-cutting time of the machinery, making the production of even bespoke products a cost effective option.
The new equipment is based at integriti’s facility in Ayr, which delivers the company’s design and precision engineering capabilities.
Combined with the company’s in-house forge, heat treatment and testing resources these latest additions to the machine shop expands integriti’s capability for delivering the highest quality products to customers with “performance-critical” requirements; applications where parts simply can’t fail. [back to top]Tom Townsley, Managing Director commented; “We have ambitious plans for the future growth and direction of our business and in order to achieve these ambitions, we need every member of the integriti team to deliver on our promises in everything that we do. As we roll out the new brand, Ken Naismith’s expertise will allow us to deliver skills training, workshops and site visits to ensure that everyone in the business is moving in the same direction.”
At the same time, Ken is working with the company to identify strategic customers and partners where integriti can create maximum mutual value.
integriti’s development and training programme will take place over the next few months and is designed to complement the company’s re-brand and sales & marketing plan. [back to top]Moving forward, integriti is planning to recruit a dedicated member of staff who will focus on HSE issues with MHl Support. The company will also be undertaking more risk assessments and formalising more procedures which will be audited to ensure compliance.
Peter Currie, Operations Director at integriti, commented; “Health and safety matters are a crucial part of working in the performance critical engineering business and we are delighted to be working with MHL to ensure that our systems and policies meet, if not exceed, requirements.” [back to top]
